A snapshot is an installable starting point for a Votel account. Instead of creating every agent, workflow, pipeline, tag, field and supporting asset from zero, you install a prebuilt system and customize it for the business.

The live library showed 12 Votel-provided Pro templates when reviewed on September 17, 2026.
Are they included in the $97 Professional Plan?
Votel Billing currently lists “Unlimited Snapshot Library For All Industries” as a separate $397/month add-on. The cards themselves are marked Pro, but the billing page does not present unlimited library access as included with the $97 Professional Plan.
Can I customize an installed snapshot?
Yes. Votel’s library states that templates install in minutes and everything can be customized afterward; nothing is locked.
Will new templates be added?
Votel’s billing description says the add-on includes monthly updates and all new snapshots added. The count and specific templates can therefore change.
Are these All Things Votel snapshots?
No. The 12 templates in this directory are currently provided inside Votel. All Things Votel is documenting them independently and plans to publish its own separate snapshot systems.
