My Stack · four picks

What I actually run next to Votel.

A short list, on purpose. Every tool here is something I open every week. Each card says plainly whether the link pays me.

Three of the four links on this page are affiliate or referral links. If you sign up through one, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The exception is Affixo, which I built, so that link earns nothing extra. Inclusion is based on whether I use the tool, not on the commission.

Pick 01 · The platform
Votel

The AI-first agency platform

Pricing
Free to start · $97 or $297/mo
No credit card to start

The platform this whole site is about. Describe what you need and Votel generates it: websites, funnels, AI agents that answer calls and messages, qualify leads and book appointments, and the email and SMS follow-up behind them. White label, 300+ integrations, one workflow builder for all of it.

My honest take

I spent six years building on HighLevel and I still respect what they built. I moved my focus to Votel because I wanted a platform designed around AI from the start, not one adding it on. It is noticeably easier to get a first client live, and the agents are the real thing. This is where I am building now.

Category 02 · Around the platform

Not Votel-specific. But I use them every day.

Pick 02 · Every day
Wispr Flow

AI voice-to-text dictation

Pricing
Free 14-day Pro trial
No credit card required

Voice-to-text that turns speech into clean, finished writing, about four times faster than typing. Works in every app on Mac, Windows, iPhone, and Android, and strips the filler words and fixes the grammar as you talk. HIPAA-eligible on all plans.

Why I love it

I use it for email, Slack, and for writing the prompts that build things in Votel. Dictating a build prompt out loud is faster and, oddly, produces a better prompt. The single biggest productivity upgrade I have made in years.

Brandpod

Founders to thought leaders

Pricing
Free + paid from $157/mo
Forever-free tier · no card required

A CRM for your personal brand. AI research agents map what your audience actually searches for, find the podcasts to pitch (with host contacts), the publications to be featured in, and the events to apply to, then write the outreach and the content.

Why I love it

Personal-brand work used to mean a content team plus a PR firm. Brandpod is both, tied to real search demand. If you are a founder trying to be findable without becoming a full-time content creator, this is the shortest path.

Pick 04 · Mine
Affixo

Affiliate & referral infrastructure

Pricing
Free then from $19/mo
No revenue share, ever

A flat-rate affiliate and referral platform. Connect Stripe, launch a branded program, pay commissions automatically. Server-side attribution that survives ad blockers and Safari. Free until your affiliates drive $2,500 in tracked revenue, then flat plans from $19/mo at founding rates, locked for life.

Full disclosure

I built this one. It runs the affiliate programs behind my own products, including the links on this page. It is here because I use it daily, not because of a commission. This link earns me nothing extra; it is just my product.

About this list.

Why is this list so short?
Because it is honest. On the HighLevel side I could recommend a whole ecosystem of add-ons. On Votel, most of what those add-ons did is built in, and the people I would normally refer are not all on Votel yet. This page only lists what I use every week. It will grow when there is something worth adding.
Which of these links pay you?
Votel, Wispr Flow, and Brandpod are affiliate or referral links, marked on each card. If you sign up through them I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affixo is my own product, so that link earns nothing extra. None of these tools paid to be here, and the commission has no say in what gets listed.
Where did the HighLevel tools go?
They are still on allthingsghl.com, where they belong. This site is about building on Votel, and a list of HighLevel add-ons would not make sense here.
