Every workflow is drawn twice: the way it was in HighLevel and the way MoveOver built it in Votel. The 21 that were changed to keep your contacts mid-sequence show both, with the added block highlighted. The rest show one diagram, because nothing changed. On a real account: 127 workflows, 1,625 steps, drawn in 0.3 seconds.

What happens to contacts mid-sequence?

  • ✓Every step Votel cannot run is marked in red on the map, never hidden.
  • ✓Every step that was changed is an action item: what it was, what it is now, what to do.
  • ✓Contacts who were waiting for day 3 in HighLevel are waiting for day 3 in Votel, not restarted from the top.
The contact record

Your notes, tasks and history come with the contact.

MoveOver reads each contact's notes and tasks, which a plain export never touches, and writes them onto the Votel contact with the date, the author and the due date. Deals land on their pipeline stage. Upcoming appointments are booked on the matching calendar. A contact that already exists in Votel keeps its Votel tags and notes; nothing is overwritten.

Send only the 500 most recent contacts, look at the result in Votel, then run it for everyone. Contacts merge, nothing duplicates.

Type UNDO and MoveOver removes exactly what that run created, in the right order, and nothing that was in Votel before. Verified on a real run: 211 workflows, 15 agents and 500 contacts removed, zero failures.

    Use the All Things Votel link for your Votel signup so your account can be matched to us and qualify for included MoveOver access.

    Request your license key

    Use the same email you used for Votel. Once the referral is confirmed, we send the key that activates your extension and the migrations included with your plan.

    Get the Chrome extension

    Add MoveOver from the Chrome Web Store, then open it in your browser and paste your key once.

What is MoveOver?
MoveOver is a self-service tool that migrates supported assets from HighLevel into Votel. It gives you a report of what moved and an archive of what it read.
Does it move things into Votel automatically?
MoveOver migrates supported assets directly into Votel. Review the migration report because some source items may be skipped or need manual follow-up. See the complete walkthrough.
What is in my migration report and archive?
You receive a report for every run, plus an archive of everything MoveOver read from HighLevel. The archive is organized by asset type in JSON and HTML formats you can open and keep.
Does it work on a white-label HighLevel domain?
Yes. MoveOver recognises a HighLevel sub-account by the page it is on, not by the domain, so an agency's white-label URL works the same as app.gohighlevel.com.
Is this an official Votel or HighLevel product?
No. MoveOver is my own tool, built independently. It is not associated with Votel or with HighLevel, and neither company endorses it.
What does it cost?
MoveOver is free for our Votel affiliates. The Votel $97 plan includes up to five migrations, and the $297 plan includes unlimited migrations for your own agency's client accounts. Use the same email for your Votel signup and your claim so we can verify it.
How do I claim access after upgrading Votel?
Sign up for a Votel account through the tracked All Things Votel link, then request a MoveOver license key using the same email. Once the referral is confirmed, we will send your key to activate the extension.
Can I unlock more migrations?
Yes. Move up to the Votel $297 plan through our link and MoveOver becomes unlimited for your agency’s own client accounts.
Is it safe?
It runs in your own browser, in a session you are already signed into. Your data never passes through our servers. I built Super Auditor on the same principle and it has been running that way for a year.
I am not leaving HighLevel. Is it still useful?
Yes. The archive and migration report give you a clear record of an agency account even if you never move it. Most agencies have never made one.
Will my contacts restart their email sequences?
No. Contacts mid-sequence continue from the same step and the same date once you switch the workflow on and press Place contacts. The report lists any contact it could not place.
What if something goes wrong?
Stop the run at any point, or undo the whole run afterwards. Undo removes only what that run created.
How do I know what changed?
The Action items view lists every step that has no Votel equivalent or was translated differently: what it was, what it is now and what to do. Nothing is hidden.
