MoveOver currently exports your supported assets into a portable package. It does not automatically import them into Votel; plan for a rebuild and reconnection pass.

Use the All Things Votel signup link so your account can be matched to us and qualify for included MoveOver access.
Message us using the same email you used for Votel. Once confirmed, we send your license key and instructions. Your access starts with five migrations.
Unzip the download, open chrome://extensions, switch on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and choose the folder. Paste your key once.
Open the HighLevel sub-account, choose the categories you want and hit Export. One zip lands in Downloads with a report of everything captured.

MoveOver exports these categories into an organized backup package. Direct import into Votel is not yet included.
The self-service MoveOver tool exports supported assets from HighLevel and organizes them into portable backup files on your computer. It does not currently import or rebuild those assets inside Votel. Direct import is on the roadmap, and license holders will be among the first to hear when it is available.

When setting up Votel, you will also need to reconnect integrations, domains, payment gateways and tracking. MoveOver includes a checklist in the export so you can see exactly what needs attention.

MoveOver exists so that the answer is "you export it, and then you rebuild it from the export." Votel builds from a description, so having every page, every automation, and every contact in a folder you can open is most of the battle.
