This is a migration, not a blind copy. MoveOver collects the supported HighLevel data into a ZIP. Votel then shows what it can import, what it will change or skip, and the record count for each section before the import runs.
Export with MoveOver
Collect the selected HighLevel assets and save the original ZIP package.
Open the correct sub-account
MoveOver reads the HighLevel location currently open in Chrome, so verify the source before you begin.
- Sign in to HighLevel or your agency’s white-label HighLevel domain.
- Switch into the sub-account you want to export.
- Confirm the location name before opening the extension.
The account shown in HighLevel is the account MoveOver will package.
Open MoveOver and choose what to export
Select the supported categories and, where offered, choose individual assets or select all.

- Click the Chrome extensions icon, then open MoveOver (GHL Backup & Export).
- Review Sites & Funnels and Account Data.
- Select the categories and records you want to move.
- Click Export.

Let the export finish and save the ZIP
Keep Chrome open while MoveOver collects the selected records. Websites and funnels normally take the longest.

An export can take from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Website and funnel pages are the heavy-lifting portion, so their progress may appear slower than other categories.
- Leave the export tab open until Export complete appears.
- Confirm the category count, file count, and ZIP file name.
- Save the ZIP without extracting or changing its contents.
Import into Votel
Open the importer, then complete Upload, Review, Contacts, and Import in order.
Open the GoHighLevel importer
The importer is in Votel’s Other Integrations catalog.
- In Votel, click Settings.
- Click Integrations, then Other Integrations.
- Click Add Integration.
- Search for GoHighLevel.
- Click Import from GoHighLevel.

Upload the ZIP
Choose the unmodified ZIP that MoveOver downloaded and wait for Votel to finish reading it.

- Choose the ZIP produced by MoveOver.
- Wait until upload and package analysis finish.
- Confirm the displayed location and export date belong to the intended source.
Review every section and record count
This screen explains what will be imported, what will change or be lost, what is skipped, and how many records are included.

- Read any red Problems with this export notice.
- For each selected section, confirm the record count is plausible.
- Read every What will change or be lost message.
- Clear the checkbox for anything you do not want to import.
- Continue only when the package matches your migration plan.

Record totals confirm what Votel found in the package. Warnings explain whether each type has a direct equivalent, a partial conversion, or no supported import path.
Choose duplicate handling and confirm field mappings
Decide how existing contacts are matched, then verify every HighLevel field is mapped to the intended Votel field.

- Choose how Votel should handle contacts that already exist.
- Confirm identity fields such as email and phone.
- Review address, source, company, and custom-field mappings.
- Do not map two source fields to one destination unless that is intentional.
The duplicate rule is intentional and every mapped destination field has the meaning you expect.
Run and monitor the import
Start the import, keep the job available, and let Votel work through each selected category.

The import can take from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Websites and funnels are the heavy-lifting portion and usually take the longest. A slower website or funnel stage does not by itself mean the import has failed.
- Click the final import confirmation only after completing Review and Contacts.
- Monitor the overall percentage and current category.
- Leave time for websites and funnels to render and process.
- Wait until the import is complete.
- Spot-check representative contacts, fields, forms, automations, websites, and funnels in Votel.
You moved over!
Your selected HighLevel records are now in Votel. Keep the original ZIP as your migration backup.
Migration handoff check
Before calling the move complete, preserve the export and verify the destination.
