The site at allthingsvotel.com ("the site") is operated by Unleashed Labs Inc, a corporation registered in the Province of Québec, Canada, operating from Côte-Saint-Luc, Québec ("we", "us"). Fer Patel is the founder and author. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
All Things Votel is an independent publication about building and selling on the Votel platform. It offers editorial content, free downloads (including the Votel Workflow Poster and the Super Votel browser extension), waitlists for Super Votel, and information about Your Website Report (yourwebsite.report), a tool available to Academy students.
We are not Votel. The site is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Votel.ai, and it is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with HighLevel. Votel and HighLevel are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify those products.
Some links on the site, in particular links to Votel and the tools listed on My Stack, are affiliate or referral links. When you sign up for a product through one of those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we genuinely use. Every affiliate link carries rel="sponsored" per FTC guidance, and the relationship is disclosed on the pages where those links appear. Affiliate commissions do not influence what we list; products appear because we use them.
Super Votel, Your Website Report (yourwebsite.report), and Affixo are our own products. Links to them earn no commission.
Affiliate links may route through a short redirect on our own domain (for example allthingsvotel.com/votel) before reaching the partner. This lets us count how often a recommendation is followed; the destination, the commission arrangement, and the disclosure above are unchanged by it. The Votel Workflow Poster and Super Votel are provided free of charge. You may use the poster personally and commercially, share it, and print it, provided the footer identifying its source stays on it. You may not sell it or present it as your own work.
Super Votel is a browser extension that runs in your own browser session and exports data from your own HighLevel account to your own machine. You are responsible for having the right to export that data and for complying with HighLevel's terms while doing so. The extension is provided as-is; see section 8.
AIU Academy and Your Website Report (yourwebsite.report) are separate offerings with their own terms, presented at the time of enrollment. Enrollment in the Academy happens at aiu-academy.com under that site's terms; prices quoted here are what that site published on the date shown. Joining the Super Votel waitlist on this site creates no obligation on either side; it means we will email you when the tool is ready.
The content of the site, including text, design, graphics, the poster, and code, is owned by Unleashed Labs Inc or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download, and print pages for personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, or scrape the site's content for commercial use without written permission, except as expressly allowed for the free downloads above.
The site links to third-party products and services (Votel, HighLevel, Wispr Flow, Brandpod, and others). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or terms. Pricing quoted on this site is what the vendor published on the date shown and can change without notice; the vendor's own site governs.
You agree not to use the site to send spam through its forms, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its infrastructure, to scrape it at volume, or to do anything unlawful. We may block access from any source that does.
The site publishes opinion and educational content based on one person's experience. It is not legal, financial, tax, or business advice. Decisions about which platform to use, what to charge, or how to run your business are yours.
The site and everything on it, including the free tools, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or the tools will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that an export produced by Super Votel will be complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unleashed Labs Inc and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or its tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify Unleashed Labs Inc against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or its tools.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, Québec, Canada, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law (including Québec's Consumer Protection Act) provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
