Votel.ai currently publishes two paid plans: Pro at $97 per month and Unlimited Agency Pro at $297 per month. Pro includes five sub-accounts and core features. Unlimited Agency Pro adds unlimited sub-accounts, white labelling, phone and email rebilling, SaaS Mode, automated client signup, and advanced API access. Votel also offers a free start without a credit card.

What costs extra?

The subscription is not the entire operating cost. Votel's pricing page says phone numbers, calls, texts, emails, and AI credits are billed as they are used. AI voice cost depends on the selected model, voice provider, and phone setup. Your real unit cost therefore depends on the service you build and how much clients use it.

Before setting a client price, model at least three usage levels: a normal month, a quiet month, and a high-volume month. Leave room for support, onboarding, failed payments, and your own margin.

Choose Pro when

  • You are learning the platform or using it for your own business.
  • You are serving a small first group of clients within five sub-accounts.
  • You do not yet need your own branding throughout the product.
  • You can manage usage and client billing outside the platform.

Choose Unlimited Agency Pro when

  • You are actively selling under an agency or SaaS brand.
  • You need more than five client workspaces.
  • White labelling is part of your offer.
  • You want to rebill phone and email usage with markup.
  • You need SaaS Mode, automated client signup, or advanced API access.

Do not choose on price alone

The right plan is the cheaper one that supports the operating model you are actually using now. A $297 plan can be inexpensive if it replaces manual client provisioning and separate white-label infrastructure. It can also be premature if you have not defined or sold the first service.

Start with the client result, estimate usage, decide how billing will work, then select the plan. Recheck the vendor page before purchasing because pricing, inclusions, and promotional prices can change.
