Super Votel is a Chrome extension. It runs in your own browser session, so there is no OAuth app to approve and no API key to paste.

Sign in to the sub-account you want to move, the way you always do. Super Votel reads what you can already see.

Websites, funnels, automations, contacts, and more. Take the whole account or just the pieces you are moving first.

Download one portable package

Everything lands in a single zip on your machine. Your data, in a format you can open, keep, and rebuild from on Votel.

Super Votel ships as a zip you load into Chrome yourself. That keeps it out of a store review queue and lets me push fixes the day I make them. Your key works on every version.

Unzip it

Download the zip and unzip it somewhere you will not delete, like Documents. Chrome loads the extension from that folder.

Load it into Chrome

Open chrome://extensions, switch on Developer mode (top right), click Load unpacked, and pick the unzipped folder.

Paste your key once

Open the HighLevel sub-account you want to back up, click the Super Votel icon, and paste the key from your email. It stays activated on that browser.

Export

Tick what you want, hit Export, and one zip lands in your Downloads folder. Run it again per sub-account.

Why I built it

Nobody should have to rebuild six years of work from screenshots.

When I decided to move my focus to Votel, the first question was the same one every agency owner asks: what happens to everything I built? The honest answer used to be "you rebuild it, by hand, from memory."

Super Votel exists so that the answer is "you export it, and then you rebuild it from the export." Votel builds from a description, so having every page, every automation, and every contact in a folder you can open is most of the battle.

It comes from the same family as Super Auditor, Super Cloner, and Super Migrator on allthingsghl.com. Same approach: runs in your own browser, nothing uploaded to me.

Does it move things into Votel automatically?
Not yet. Today Super Votel gets everything out of HighLevel cleanly and in one place, which is the part that used to take days of screenshots and copy-paste. Rebuilding on Votel is fast because Votel builds from a description, and the Academy covers exactly how to do it from an export. Direct import is on the roadmap and everyone holding a key hears first.
Is this an official Votel or HighLevel product?
No. Super Votel is my own tool, built independently. It is not associated with Votel or with HighLevel, and neither company endorses it.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Super Votel is free. The license key is how I know who is using it and can tell you when a new version lands. No card, no trial, no upsell inside the tool.
Is it safe?
It runs in your own browser, in a session you are already signed into, and the export goes straight to your machine. Nothing is uploaded to me. I built Super Auditor on the same principle and it has been running that way for a year.
I am not leaving HighLevel. Is it still useful?
Yes. A full portable backup of an agency account is worth having even if you never move it. Most agencies have never made one.
